Workout While You Ride

You have to commute to Boston, and the good news is that you can do it easily with C&J. The bad news is that no matter how you get there, you’re sitting for a while, and sitting without exercise isn’t great for your overall health.

So if your commute is eating away at your exercise time and preventing you from realizing your New Year’s Resolution, don’t despair! We have some exercises for you that will help you workout even while you ride during your daily routine. And don’t worry, you’ll look totally cool while you do it.
