Workout While You Ride

You have to commute to Boston, and the good news is that you can do it easily with C&J. The bad news is that no matter how you get there, you’re sitting for a while, and sitting without exercise isn’t great for your overall health.

So if your commute is eating away at your exercise time and preventing you from realizing your New Year’s Resolution, don’t despair! We have some exercises for you that will help you workout even while you ride during your daily routine. And don’t worry, you’ll look totally cool while you do it.

Keep an eye out to learn how to make the most of your commute with simple exercises to target your entire body. In case you need a little encouragement to help on your fitness journey, meet Cameron, your C&J Fitness Trainer. Cameron will show you how to do simple exercises while riding the bus to Boston.

See our Workouts:

Week 1: Arms

Week 2: Legs

Week 3: Chest & Core

Week 4: Buns

While these may not produce the same results as running on a treadmill or hitting the dreaded stair master, remember that when it comes to exercise, every little bit helps in working towards a healthier lifestyle and a healthier you!

While C&J encourages exercise and healthy lifestyles, this post is meant to be humorous. Any exercises you do should be done under the supervision of a doctor and/or professional trainer.
