At C&J, we’re always working to make your travel experience easier, more comfortable, and more affordable. Starting October 19, 2025, we’ll introduce a complimentary parking shuttle at our Portsmouth terminal. This free service replaces valet parking, which will close on October 18, 2025. By offering the parking shuttle at no charge, we’re giving riders a convenient way to park and reach the terminal without the added expense of valet ($8/day).

Complimentary Shuttle Details

The new shuttle will provide quick, convenient rides (for you and your luggage) between the overflow parking area and the main terminal entrance—at no extra cost. It will run daily from 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., dropping you off right at the front doors.

Why the Change?

With the introduction of fee-based parking this past year, we’ve seen a significant increase in available spaces at our Portsmouth terminal. As a result, the demand for valet service has steadily declined, and it is no longer feasible for us to continue offering valet in Portsmouth.

We know many of you enjoyed the valet option, but we believe this transition is the best way to keep travel simple, affordable, and consistent across all our terminals—while still offering the convenience you’ve come to expect from C&J.

Travel Tips

As you get used to the new shuttle, we recommend arriving a little earlier than usual. And don’t forget—families can save with our Kids Ride Free program: one child under 16 rides free to Boston’s Logan Airport with each full-fare adult ticket.

We appreciate your understanding as we make this change, and we’re confident the new parking shuttle service will continue to provide the comfort and convenience you expect from C&J.

We’re excited to share that our main parking lots have been freshly repaved and are now open for use. Even better, we’ve added a brand-new A-Lot, located just steps from the terminal for your convenience. Parking at C&J's Portsmouth facility is $4/day.

Beginning Friday, August 1st, Logan Airport will temporarily relocate the B1 pickup location due to ongoing construction.

C&J’s scheduled bus pickup will be temporarily relocated to Doors B-102 and B-103, just before the second crosswalk.

This change will be in effect for approximately six weeks. Please refer to the map below for details.

Starting Monday, August 4, morning departures to NYC from Dover, Portsmouth, and Seabrook will leave 30 minutes earlier to help avoid traffic delays and keep our service on time.

New Departure Times:

• DOVER: 5:30 AM (was 6:00 AM)

• PORTSMOUTH: 6:00 AM (was 6:30 AM)

• SEABROOK: 6:25 AM (was 6:55 AM)

• NYC Arrival: 11:50 AM (was 12:05 PM)

All affected ticket holders will be notified, and tickets will reflect the updated times.
