Kids Ride Free- One child, 18 years of age or younger, can ride absolutely free when accompanied by a full-fare ticketed adult to Boston’s South Station or Logan Airport. Two adults? Then two children 18 years or younger may ride free.
Valet Parking- Parking is limited at our facilities, we recommend carpooling when available. To guarantee parking, take advantage of C&J’s valet service at all of our terminals for $7- Dover, Portsmouth, and Newburyport. Portsmouth valet is offering extended hours during vacation week- Thursday, April 20th through Friday, April 28th from 2:30am – 6:00pm and on Saturday, April 29th from 5:30am – 5:00pm. Returning after valet hours? No worries, We have you covered.
Arrive on Time- With an on-time record of over 90%, C&J is committed to running reliable transportation for all riders. We recommend arriving to our terminal at least 20-30 minutes prior to your schedule departure.
Travel Connections- If your trip involves connecting service, or you are traveling to Logan Airport, we encourage you to plan ahead during peak travel periods. The airlines recommend arriving 2 hours prior to your flight departure. Take an earlier bus and allowing ample travel time in order to meet your connection.
Flexibility- C&J offers non-reservation travel to and from South Station or Logan Airport, you can use your ticket to board any of our scheduled buses between your travel destinations. Seats are first-come-first-serve.
Free Wifi & Power- All our buses are equipped with free Wi-Fi and power outlets to help keep you connected while in route. Or if you want to get in the vacation mindset early- unplug, relax, and enjoy the ride.
Complimentary Refreshments- It is important to stay hydrated; we offer complimentary juice, water, and munchies during school vacation week; as well as coffee and tea for parents.
