We’re excited to share some great news! Our buses at South Station Bus Terminal are moving from Gate 13 to Gate 38 in the brand-new North Wing of the terminal.
Starting November 4, 2025, you’ll find us just a short walk away in the new corridor directly across from our current location—see the map below for details.
Our new gate in South Station's the North Wing offers several great benefits for our passengers:
Closer to Train Connections: The new location is directly above the Red Line and Amtrak/Commuter Rail platforms, making it faster and easier to connect to your next spot.

New Gate: Gate 38 (North Wing) - Starting Tuesday November 4, 2025.
How to Find Us: From our old gate, simply walk out of our current hallway and head around the circle, passing the escalators to the hallway directly across the hallway into the new North Wing—you’ll see clear signage pointing the way to gate 38.
If you have a current South Station ticket, there’s no need to make any changes. Your electronic boarding pass will automatically update with the new gate information starting on 11/4. Simply proceed to the new gate on your day of travel—signage will be available to help guide you.
