C&J offers bus service between Portsmouth, Tewksbury, Ogunquit, and New York as well as between Portsmouth, Dover, Newburyport, and Boston

Tickets can be purchased online in advance of your trip, or at our Dover, Portsmouth, Newburyport, and South Station locations.

Boston & Logan Airport Tickets

Reservations are neither needed nor accepted for C&J’s bus service between Dover, Portsmouth, Newburyport, Boston’s South Station, and Logan Airport. Passengers can buy tickets in advance, but advance purchase does not reserve a seat for a particular bus. Travel aboard C&J’s non-reservation service is on a first-come, first-served basis. Non-reservation tickets may be used at any time for travel between the destination points indicated on the ticket while valid. All tickets are open-ended with the exception of multi-ride passes and same-day round-trip tickets. One-way tickets are valid within six months of the date of purchase.

New York City Tickets

Reservations are required for service between Dover, Portsmouth, Tewksbury, Ogunquit (seasonal service), and New York City. Passengers can make reservations online. Tickets are non-transferable.

All NYC refund or rebooking requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time by contacting the C&J Information Center at (800) 258-7111.  All requests are subject to a $15 per-passenger, per-transaction fee. If a reservation is not used on the date and time specified on the ticket, the ticket is void and non-refundable.

C&J Bus Tickets – FAQs

C&J does not operate a ticket counter at Logan Airport but does sell tickets online. We recommend you purchase your tickets in advance online.

If you are unable to purchase your ticket in advance online (or at our facilities in Dover and Portsmouth, NH or Newburyport, MA) then you can still board a C&J bus at Logan Airport. Upon boarding, the driver will request to hold your photo identification for the duration of the ride in lieu of a ticket. Upon reaching your destination, the driver will provide a C&J employee at our terminal with your identification, who will return it to you upon purchase of a ticket for the travel incurred. Agents are available 24 hours a day at each location to assist you.

No. C&J tickets are non-transferable; the person whose name is on the ticket must be the passenger traveling with us.

Gift certificates can be purchased in person at our Dover, Portsmouth or Newburyport Terminals. At this time, we do not sell gift certificates online.
