Our Logan Airport pickup times have changed with the new schedule effective October 11. Previously, buses departed at 10 and 40 minutes past the hour. Most departures are now at 20 and 50 minutes past the hour, although some times may vary.

If you have an existing reservation, don't worry! Your reservation has not changed, and your ticket is still valid for the date and time you booked.

Please double-check the departure time listed on your ticket before heading to your Logan Airport pickup location, as it may be different from what you're used to.

Effective Tuesday, September 22nd, C&J’s Logan Airport Terminal B2 pick-up and drop-off location will move to outside door B111 until further notice. Please look for updated signage.

C&J has transitioned to a new ticketing system!

If you purchased a ticket before September 9, you’ll need to access your new WHITE ticket before boarding. Previously saved Apple/Google Wallet tickets and old BLUE tickets will no longer scan.

C&J staff will be onsite at our terminals to help with the transition. If you need assistance, you can also call 603-430-1100.

C&J’s Logan Airport Terminal C pick-up and drop-off location moved to in outside door C102 , to the far left through the scaffolding. This new location will be used for both pick-ups and drop-offs until further notice.

Customers traveling through Terminal C should plan to meet their C&J coach at the new door to the far left of C102 (near C101, a blocked off door).

We’ll be upgrading our parking entrance and exit kiosks to add tap-to-pay functionality.

During the transition, paperless/card-recognition entry will be temporarily unavailable. If you experience any issues entering or exiting the lot, our team will be available to assist.
