During the transition, paperless/card-recognition entry will be temporarily unavailable. If you experience any issues entering or exiting the lot, our team will be available to assist.

Beginning August 24, 2026, C&J’s Logan Airport Terminal C pick-up and drop-off location will move to in between door C101 and C102, located in front of the chapel between Terminals B2 and C. This new location will be used for both pick-ups and drop-offs until further notice.

Customers traveling through Terminal C on or after August 24 should plan to meet their C&J coach at the new door C101 and C102 location.

With summer travel in full swing, traffic can be heavier than usual, especially on Fridays heading northbound and Sundays heading southbound. These traffic patterns may impact travel times both on the road and when arriving at our terminals.

We recommend allowing extra time to reach your departure terminal and planning for potential delays along your route. While we do our best to stay on schedule, increased summer traffic is beyond our control.
