C&J Passenger Policies

  • Passengers are responsible for arriving on time
  • C&J is not responsible for missed departures due to late arrival

3. Delays and Service Interruptions

C&J is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather
  • Mechanical issues
  • Emergencies or government actions

Passengers should plan accordingly and allow sufficient travel time.


4. Tickets and Boarding

  • Valid tickets are required for all passengers
  • Tickets may be subject to restrictions based on fare type
  • Boarding may be denied without proper documentation

5. Accessibility

C&J provides accessible services in accordance with applicable laws.

Passengers needing assistance are encouraged to contact us in advance to ensure proper accommodations.

C&J is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the vehicle without refund.
