2026 Daylight Saving Time – Spring Forward Travel Info
Spring is just around the corner, and with it comes Daylight Saving Time! On Sunday, March 8, 2026, at 2:00 a.m., clocks will spring forward one hour, giving us longer, brighter days. While it’s a welcome change, it can also throw off early morning routines, especially if you’re traveling. Don’t worry, C&J has you covered.
⚠️ When Do the Clocks Change?

Time of change: 2:00 a.m. local time

What happens: Clocks jump forward one hour, so 2:00 a.m. immediately becomes 3:00 a.m.

Effect: Any time between 2:00 a.m. and 2:59 a.m. disappears on the clock. Passengers will need to arrive 1 hour prior to their scheduled departure time during this window.

Important: There will not be two C&J buses at 3:00 a.m. The bus physically leaves earlier than the ticket shows so passengers get to Logan Airport at the scheduled arrival time. The time change will occur while you are on the bus.
Early Morning Departures Affected
If you plan to catch our 2:00 or 2:30 am departures from Dover or the 3:00 am departing from Dover or Portsmouth, remember not to adjust your clock forward before going to bed; you'll want to remain on the current time.
