C&J Bus Lines Seussical Contest Rules

Contest Prizes Include: One grand prize of 4 roundtrip bus tickets to South Station and a family four pack of tickets to the New England Aquarium in Boston. 

Prize Limitations: Prizes may contain expiration dates, especially if the prize is an event. The prizes are void after the expiration date or date of the event. Any upgrades or itinerary changes must be paid by contest winner. Not eligible for travel on the following dates: 11/15/18 – 11/29/18 and 12/15/18 – 12/30/18.

Register online to win contests: Valid contest entries must contain all information requested and must be received by the Website’s administrator on or before the deadline for registration. Limit one (1) online entry per name and/or verified email address per day. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Incomplete and/or prohibited multiple entries will be disqualified.

Winner Selection: C&J will select 1 Winner for each prize chosen at random. 1 prize winner total, and only 1 winner will be possible.

Winner Notification: C&J Bus Lines Seussical Contest runs July 2, 2018 through August 30, 2018. Winners will be chosen by random drawing and announced via C&J social media channels on Monday, September 3, 2018. Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Eligibility: No purchase necessary to enter or win. This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents, over the age of 21. Employees of C&J Bus Lines (along with its contractors, affiliates and subsidiaries) and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Contestants residing in those areas where the contest is void may participate in the contest but may not win any prizes. Contest winners will be included in C&J marketing efforts, including but not limited to: photography, social media, blog posts, and videos. C&J will be taking photographs and videos of grand prize winners and their trip to NYC as part of the prize package. Winners agree to be interviewed by the C&J team discussing their experience.

Limitations of Liability: C&J Bus Lines is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, C&J Bus Lines may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Entrants further agree to release C&J Bus Lines from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the contest.
