According to the National Weather Service, the recent series of storms has moved Boston into the top 10 snowiest winters of all time. On Tuesday, February 10, while the MBTA commuter rail and Amtrak Downeaster have canceled service due to weather related issues; C&J Bus Lines is operating its full weekday schedule between Logan Airport, South Station & New York City without delays. The current road conditions are clear and safe for travel.
“We have been doing everything in our power to get travelers in and out of Boston as safely and effectively as possible,” says Jim Jalbert, President of C&J Bus Lines. “Your travel plans are important to us, and we’ll make every effort to prevent unnecessary disruptions. All weather related schedule changes are determined based on safety concerns for the effected routes in our service area.”
C&J has implemented a new Text Message Alert system to notify passengers about possible delays and weather related schedule changes to assist with clear and precise communications during weather related events. In addition, C&J is now offering valet parking and extended parking at the Portsmouth Transportation Center.
