At C&J, we strive to give our riders the best possible travel experience. As you may have heard, we will be guaranteeing seating starting June 28. Along with your reserved seat comes some enhanced online ticketing capabilities and increased account functionality. But that’s not all we have in store.

Here’s a sneak peek at the additional features C&J riders can expect come June 28:

Save Your Tickets Right to Your Phone

That’s right, no more fumbling through your email to find your tickets. Our new ticketing upgrades come with Apple and Google Wallet integrations, so you can save your ticket right to your phone for easy access to your boarding pass!

Easy Reservation Changes

We understand the need for flexibility when you travel. With our new reservation system, you’ll have the ability to change the travel date and time on your ticket (if you need to). Our new website functionality allows you to change your reservation online in just a few easy steps.

And don’t worry – if you’re unable to change your reservation you can still ride standby on our Boston South Station and Logan Airport Service (however, your seat will not be guaranteed).

Guaranteed seating only applies to advanced reservation ticketed passengers who are traveling on the specific date and time selected. C&J always recommends purchasing your ticket in advance online.

Account and Guest Checkout Options

Our new online checkout process allows riders to checkout as either guests or with accounts – though we always recommend checking out with an account.

Having an account gives you complete control to manage your reservation, change your trip times, save payment information for faster purchases, and – on top of that –purchasing your ticket online guarantees you the best price, as well! Learn more about creating a C&J account here.

Bus Capacity Information

Along with all the additional functionality we’ve mentioned, riders will also be able to see when their bus is reaching capacity. Our online schedule lets you see when there are only five seats or fewer left on the bus to make sure you’re able to get your preferred coach before it sells out.

We’re really excited for all the changes coming on June 28. Our new ticketing enhancements give riders a truly seamless travel experience. We’ll continue to share more details about these changes in the coming weeks, so stay tuned. As always, feel free to contact us or visit our FAQs page if you have any questions or concerns as we send out further information.
