Boston’s Logan International Airport recently underwent a series of administrative changes. The new program, aptly named “A Better Logan,” is designed to streamline passengers’ experience navigating the transportation center. Ultimately, these changes will help travelers make their way through the airport more efficiently; but as with any change, there has been some initial confusion.
We’re writing to clear up some questions regarding our new terminal pickup locations for scheduled buses. We hope this information will help our passengers take advantage of the new system to further simplify their travel experience.
Look for the Orange Signs
One of the major changes was to implement color-coded signage to direct travelers, at a glance, to their desired destination within the airport. Now, all scheduled C&J buses are marked by an ORANGE sign with a white bus icon. This orange sign designates the new curbside locations and is the most recognizable indicator of scheduled pickup spots.
Bus Pickup at Terminal B1
The new location for scheduled buses at Terminal B1 is now all the way to the left. When in doubt, look for the orange sign or find a staff member wearing the brightly colored “Ask Me” shirts.
Bus Pickup at Terminal C
The new location for scheduled buses at Terminal C is all the way to the right and around the corner. The most convenient point of access for boarding these buses is on the arrivals level at doors C109 and C110.
To address the changes at both Terminal B1 and Terminal C, our agents will advise passengers while passing out luggage tags and our drivers will announce the new pickup locations.
Hopefully we’ve helped to clear up some of the confusion regarding the new pickup locations for scheduled buses at Logan Airport. Still, if you have any questions regarding these changes, we invite you to contact us online or give us a call at 1.800.258.7111. One of our friendly agents will be happy to help. As always, thank you for choosing C&J!
