Our new ticketing system launches Wednesday, September 9. Here’s what you need to know about accessing your ticket and getting ready to travel.
We’re making some updates to the way C&J tickets are issued and scanned. While the ticketing system is changing, your travel plans are not.
If you purchased a ticket before the transition, your reservation is still valid. You do not need to purchase a new ticket or rebook your trip. You will simply need to access the updated version of your ticket before boarding.
Here’s everything you need to know.
Your old blue ticket will no longer work for boarding after the new system launches. Your new white ticket is the ticket you’ll need to board.
If you still see a blue ticket, don’t worry. Simply access your updated ticket using your C&J account or the link in your original confirmation email.

Your existing reservation is still valid. You do not need to purchase another ticket or rebook your trip.
You simply need to access the new version of your ticket before boarding.
Starting after 2:00 AM on Wednesday, September 9, you can access your updated ticket in either of these ways:
Once you have your new ticket, you can display it on your phone when you travel.
If you saved your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before the system transition, the previously saved ticket will not work for boarding.
Please access your updated ticket after 2:00 AM on September 9 by logging into your C&J account or using the ticket link in your original confirmation email.
If you printed your ticket before the transition, you may have a copy of the old blue ticket.
Before traveling, access your updated ticket after 2:00 AM on September 9. You can display the new ticket on your phone or print a new copy.

The transition to our new ticketing system does not change your existing reservation.
Your trip, departure time and reservation remain the same. You are simply accessing an updated version of your ticket that works with our new scanning system.

Simply log into your C&J account and access your upcoming trip from there.
If you still can’t access your ticket, our team will be available to help.
Don’t worry — you do not need to purchase another ticket.
