We heard you! We work hard to make sure that your experience riding C&J is as comfortable and convenient as possible. That’s why we offer complimentary wireless on every one of our coaches. So when some of our customers came to us about spotty or inaccessible service, we listened and took action.
First, we put together a short tutorial on how to access our wireless network from your laptop or mobile device, and what types of service to expect. The post also helps to explain why we can’t allow streaming content (like Netflix or Pandora) at this time.
Testing Wireless Solutions
Then, we got to work testing some solutions to improve our service. In the coming weeks, we’ll be rolling out a new wireless system that will double the capacity of available bandwidth on each coach.
We’ve also begun testing new routers that our carrier has just made available. We’re currently demoing these potential solutions on our coach #2001 so if you find yourself on that bus, let us know about your experience!
