Tickets must be purchased online and require reservations. Walk-ups will not be accepted at this location. A C&J customer service representative is not available at the Tewksbury location. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. New York City tickets can only be refunded up to 24-hours prior to the time of reservation.
