To ensure ticket delivery to your inbox, please add onlineticketing@ridecj.com to your address book. Please do not respond directly to this email. For C&J Customer Service please respond to customercare@ridecj.com.

Attached to the purchase confirmation email is a PDF file. This file is the actual ticket(s). Print out the attachment and present it to the driver upon boarding the coach. The ticket MUST have a bar code for scanning.

Those unable to view their C&J Ticket: Adobe Reader is free software that lets you view and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files. To access the attached file on the purchase confirmation email, you need Adobe Reader installed. If you do not have Adobe Reader on your computer, you can download it below.

Note: Those guests traveling TO Logan Airport, please remember to check in with the C&J Customer Service Representative upon arriving at your terminal in Dover, Portsmouth or Newburyport for baggage tags. Tags are required for those pieces being placed under the coach.
